Rachel is a results-oriented leader dedicated to achieving FarWell clients’ visions and goals through effective change and project management. A strategic thinker, she brings a structured approach to breaking complex change into digestible pieces. Rachel’s strong collaboration skills and clear communication style allow her to guide clients toward building their own set of change tools and skills, ensuring sustainable change. 

In addition to working with clients, Rachel also serves as a FarWell Engagement Manager where she coaches and empowers a group of our team members to be their best selves. No matter the situation, she brings a positive energy to her work and team. 

Rachel is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and Professional Scrum Master. She also holds certifications in Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Project Management Professional (PMP). She earned her MBA from Azusa Pacific University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Northwestern University.

He excels at building rapport and credibility with his fun nature and incredible ease while managing complex initiatives or transformations. Dean offers his 19+ years of IT and project/program management experience and 6 years of Agile/Scrum experience to assess, plan, and execute business and technical projects or products for our clients. 

Dean believes in thinking big, learning by doing and having fun along the way. His mindset helps him collaborate and empower others as an Engagement Manager as he coaches and leads a group of FarWell team members. He ensures his team feels fulfilled, delivers quality work and is thriving. 

Dean is a Professional Scrum Master and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
