He brings 20+ years of IT and project/program management experience and eight years of Agile/Scrum experience to the table. He knows how to assess, plan, and execute virtually all types of business and technical projects.

Dean earned his BS degree in Economics from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. He’s a Professional Scrum Master, and recently earned his Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) certification.
In terms of his personal philosophy, he said, “Don’t be afraid to try new things and be sure to have fun along the way.”
Away from work, Dean picks up another form of practical hands-on management experience. He’s part of an active family that includes his wife, four energetic children and three dogs. When he can, he also likes to go camping and share a brew with family and friends while they root for the Chicago Bears.
