FarWell collaborated with Milwaukee Tech Hub to host an event as part of Milwaukee Tech Week: a week of over 50 events to celebrate collaboration in Milwaukee’s ecosystem. “Milwaukee Tech Hub Coalition is a non-profit member organization laser-focused on the vision of inclusively doubling Milwaukee’s tech population,” Aaron Davis, Director of Operations, Milwaukee Tech Hub Coalition.

Rachel is a results-oriented leader dedicated to achieving FarWell clients’ visions and goals through effective change and project management. A strategic thinker, she brings a structured approach to breaking complex change into digestible pieces. Rachel’s strong collaboration skills and clear communication style allow her to guide clients toward building their own set of change tools and skills, ensuring sustainable change. 

In addition to working with clients, Rachel also serves as a FarWell Engagement Manager where she coaches and empowers a group of our team members to be their best selves. No matter the situation, she brings a positive energy to her work and team. 

Rachel is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and Professional Scrum Master. She also holds certifications in Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Project Management Professional (PMP). She earned her MBA from Azusa Pacific University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Northwestern University.
