Rachel serves as FarWell’s Senior Advisor and Practice Lead. In this role, she’s accountable to maintain knowledge of emerging trends across our portfolio of core services. She engages and collaborates with advisors on opportunities to leverage our approach and expertise to help clients achieve their goals and improve our practices. Rachel also works closely with the Customer Experience team.

She’s a servant leader focused on delivering value. Rachel thinks strategically and can break complex change initiatives into bite-size pieces. Her strong collaboration skills and clear communication style help clients ensure sustainable change. No matter what the situation, she always radiates positive energy.

Rachel seeks opportunities that lie outside her comfort zone. As an avid sports fan and life-long learner, she follows hockey star Wayne Gretzky’s wisdom, “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.” Her willingness to take risks has served her well throughout her career. For example, as a broadcast intern, she was the first woman to enter the Denver Broncos locker room.

Rachel earned her BS degree in Communications from Northwestern University. She also holds an MBA from Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California. She’s a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and Professional Scrum Master. She is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR,) Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Project Management Professional (PMP.)

Away from work, Rachel spends her time with her husband, their two daughters and an adorable dog. She enjoys watching sports and is active within her community. And, she has rarely met a form of chocolate she didn’t like.
