We are excited to announce the addition of Shawn Belling, Ed.D., PMP, PMI-ACP, CSP, RS@SP, in the Delivery Experience Officer (DXO) role effective January 15, 2024. The addition of the DXO role reflects FarWell’s ongoing commitment to scale, grow, and evolve as a company.

In this role, Shawn will oversee the Service Delivery function, aiding in the development and implementation of vision, strategy, and priorities of the FarWell Service Delivery team. Working closely with the Customer Experience Officer and the Employee Experience Officer, the DXO will enable the FarWell team to provide outstanding experiences, leading to excellent outcomes for our clients.

Shawn Belling

Shawn’s extensive experience covers a wide range of delivery leadership, service and product development, and a passion for learning and teaching. As a Vice-President of Professional Services at a B2B ecommerce firm, Shawn had overall responsibility for global IT projects for Fortune 100 companies. He built executive relationships to ensure alignment of projects with strategies, priorities and business value and had accountability for both delivery of services and service development strategy.

In other roles, including as a Senior Advisor at FarWell, Shawn provided leadership of large-scale IT projects, product and service development and support, and teaching organizational change management, agile and project management programs for clients and university students. In addition to his leadership roles in industry and higher education, Shawn is a lifelong learner and educator. He is the author of Succeeding with Agile Hybrids and Remotely Possible and earned his doctorate in leadership in 2022.
