FarWell Senior Advisor Emeritus Shawn Belling will guide attendees through the project prioritization process at the Product Brew Meetup on Jan. 15, 2020 at Cream City Labs in Milwaukee. The Ruthless Prioritization workshop helps project managers and executive leadership teams master prioritization to maximize team resources and efforts.
Shawn Belling’s Ruthless Prioritization Workshop attracted an overflow of attendees at Fall Experiment (FallX) 2019 back in October, so longstanding Milwaukee Meetup group, Product Brew, invited Shawn to bring the same subject to their Meetup. This time around, the product workshop is free for attendees and Product Brew is expecting a waitlist.
