Edgewood College Speaker Series: Exploring Perspectives on Workplace Culture: an Interactive Discussion

Our very own Britt Gottschalk, along with three other panelists, will give their opinions on workplace culture as explored from the perspectives of various stakeholders. Joining Gottschalk will be Melanie Hayward of Exact Sciences, Andrea Barnes of Terso Solutions and Greg Jones of Dave Jones, Inc.

Britt has been a member of FarWell since 2018 and has an extensive background in project management, culture alignment and organizational development.

Understanding a company’s workplace culture often lies in the eyes of the beholder.

In this interactive discussion, panelists will emphasize the point of view of their role within an organization to bring light to how culture means something different to each level of the organization. All panelists speak from active experience working from their persona perspective.

Regarding workplace culture, Britt Gottschalk will take on the persona of a millennial, Hayward will be change management, Barnes represents organizational strategy and Jones will talk from the leadership perspective.
