Scott’s clients always recognize this right away: he really enjoys what he does. He listens, learns from others, and regularly asks for feedback. These traits help him develop the right solutions to deliver the right outcomes. Scott knows how to build strong project and cross functional teams and use negotiating skills to find win/win solutions.
Two decades of experience have given Scott a strong array of valuable business skills.
Scott earned his BS degree in Political Science and Criminal Law from Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin and an MA degree in Political Science from Loyola University in Chicago. He also volunteered with the Peace Corps in the Solomon Islands.
Scott’s words to live by are, “Walk humbly, act justly, love mercy.” “You can be the smartest person in the room, but pride undermines teamwork, sabotages outcomes, and sees the world as a zero-sum game,” he said.
Away from work, Scott and his wife spend most of their being parents of two active small children. Plus, they have a large fruit and vegetable garden that they tend with the enthusiastic help of their kids. And, when he can, Scott also likes bicycling.
