Scott Sager

Scott is FarWell’s Senior Advisor & Advisor Experience Lead. In this role, he’s the primary resource for all FarWell advisors when they need help or support. He also serves as their ongoing coach and mentor. In addition, he works to ensure the client experiences our advisors deliver are consistent with company values. Finally, he makes sure communication is clear and accurate regarding client engagements, renewals, and new opportunities.

Scott earned his BS degree in Political Science and Criminal Law from Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin. He also has an MA degree in Political Science from Loyola University in Chicago. Scott was also a volunteer with the Peace Corps in the Solomon Islands.

Scott’s words to live by are, “Walk humbly, act justly, love mercy.” “You can be the smartest person in the room, but pride undermines teamwork, sabotages outcomes, and sees the world as a zero-sum game,” he said.

Away from work, Scott and his wife spend most of their time being parents of two active small children. Plus, they tend a large fruit and vegetable garden with the enthusiastic help of their kids. And, when he can, Scott likes to ride his bike.
