In addition, she is dedicated to building strong relationships with her clients and delivering exceptional customer service.

Paula has a master’s degree in human resources, which has given her a deep understanding of the people impacts of work, business concerns, and organizational culture and structure. She is also someone who values continuous learning, curiosity, and asking questions.

When away from the office, Paula loves spending time at the family cabin, indulging in outdoor activities like paddleboarding, biking, and snowshoeing. She and her husband have 3 adult daughters whom they enjoy spending time with. Traveling, reading, and quality time with friends are other favorite ways Paula spends her free time.
