Michelle wears many hats. She’s a change leader, a project manager, and a business analyst. Her teams admire her leadership style and her boundless optimism. As a result, people look forward to working with her. Michelle’s collaborative approach and critical listening skills help her see situations from multiple perspectives. In her view, a positive attitude makes all the difference between an ordeal and an adventure. “A positive attitude helps gain confidence as you go through every experience,” she said. “Fear less and wander more. As Frida Kahlo once said, ‘Feet? What do I need them for when I have wings to fly?’”

Away from work, Michelle is always up for adventures, planned or unplanned. She likes to discover new experiences. But, she always includes a few Wisconsin favorites, too. She likes hiking, fishing, or dinner at a traditional supper club.
