Liubov is a Prosci-certified change management professional. In this role, she creates and implements change management strategies and plans. These plans drive faster adoption, wider use, and greater proficiency with the changes. She’s adept with the applications, tools and techniques necessary to guide project teams to achieve expected benefits.

She understands the big picture and can translate it into realistic action steps. And because she’s attracted to challenging projects, Liubov has picked up an enviable set of business skills.

Liubov has lived in the United States for 15 years. She became a citizen in 2013. Prior to this, she had lived in many different places. Her familiarity with multiple cultures and environments gives her a well-rounded world view. She still loves to travel, and perpetually looks forward to her next opportunity to satisfy her wanderlust. When she’s not at work, Liubov is an avid gardener and active bicyclist.
