Jen is a seasoned change practitioner, with more than 25 years’ experience leading process improvement and organizational change. She guides leaders through complex change with intentional strategies designed to inspire and engage. Jen leans heavily on emotional intelligence and agile principles to develop conscious leadership that drives positive change.

She values connection, kindness, and creativity. With these principles in mind, Jen shares the following wisdom from Swami Chetanananda:

“It is the experience of what resides deeply in your heart that gives rise to an illuminated mind – a mind filled with wisdom and knowledge, with understanding and compassion. You can think all you want and get nowhere. It is the heart that illuminates the mind, not the other way around.”

Jen is a certified Professional Scrum Master and Prosci Change Management Practitioner. She has an MS in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University and a BA in Mathematics & Computer Science from St. Norbert College in DePere, Wisconsin.

Jen is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and a long-time yoga and mindfulness meditation teacher. She leads individual and small group sessions and offers yoga therapy programs designed to alleviate pain and cultivate resilience.

Jen cherishes time with family and friends. She enjoys live music, singing, cooking, playing in nature, and learning more about neuroscience and human anatomy.
