E.B. Mayer

Elizabeth, or “E.B.,” as she prefers to be called, is a skilled and experienced project leader and Agile coach. She’s built large technical teams and coached them to deliver the results her clients want. And she’s achieved these team outcomes in complex, ambiguous environments.

Her clients and teammates like to work with E.B. They know her to be collaborative, always open to new ideas, and eager to learn more. And they like the fact they can count on her to deliver high-value solutions.

She earned her multi-discipline BS degree in Microbiology, Chemistry and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. E.B. also has a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.

When we asked E.B. about her life philosophy, she said, “Treat others how they would like to be treated. It’s like the Golden Rule, but a little different. Not everyone comes from a similar background to mine. I want to learn what’s important to them. Then we can build a strong relationship based on mutual respect.”

Apart from work, E.B. says her time revolves around family, home, and dogs. Several dogs. They have three right now, a two-year-old Scottish Deerhound, a four-year-old Borzoi, and a nine-month-old Borzoi. She has her sights set on plans to open a small breeding program for both breeds. And it already has a name, “Trillium Sighthounds.”
