Dana Otto is an accomplished change management professional who has mastered the art and science of helping people move through change. Throughout her career, she has distinguished herself as a passionate executive that approaches change management as realistically as possible. She recognizes that change is not always easy to move through, and sometimes success is as small as helping people dislike change a little less. Dana has a true passion for helping people move through these transitions and engages directly with them to learn what excites and scares them about the process.
Some of Dana’s proven areas of expertise include:
While facilitating weeklong Lean Kaizen events, Dana came across the philosophy, “Don’t let perfect get in the way of better.” This has stuck with her ever since. She likes the emphasis it has on fostering innovation and adapting to changing circumstances, which are both key when it comes to helping others move through change.
Outside of work, Dana considers herself a true Midwestern girl. She enjoys snowmobiling at her cabin in northern Wisconsin, cheering for the Packers and the Badgers, partaking in a good ol’ fashioned Friday night fish fry, and spending time with her two adult daughters.
