Lisa McDonough

Lisa brings an exceptional ability to build relationships built on trust and open communication. Her experience across the technical, operational, and leadership sides of business allow Lisa to envision holistic short and long-term solutions for clients. Having worked as a project manager spanning business transformation, journey mapping, technology implementation, leading scrum teams, and operational enhancements, she brings a breadth and depth of knowledge along with her sense of empathy that keeps her focused on bringing results and meeting client goals.

A firm believer in hard work, Lisa has followed a “Keep on Keepin’ On” philosophy. It has helped her consistently focus on goals and strive to deliver results both personally and professionally. Brought to her by a mentor years ago, the saying even helped her coach her son as he progressed though the Industrial Engineering program at UW-Madison. She continues to live this as a member of the Women in Technology Board, where she aims to help others make meaningful connections to support their careers and knowledge growth.

Outside of work, Lisa loves to travel with her husband and spends time at the lake in Wisconsin as well as their home in Franklin, TN. She rarely sits still for long as she enjoys staying fit, riding her Harley, and spending time on the water (kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, etc.). When she does take downtime, you can find her with a glass of wine and soaking up time spent with family and friends.
