Aaron is an experienced project manager, team leader, and IT consultant. He’s led teams as large as 50 or more, and he’s successfully delivered project and operational results across a variety of organizational settings. As a result, Aaron is comfortable in fast-changing and ambiguous environments. His calm demeanor helps his teams stay organized, focused and on track to achieve targeted results.
Not surprisingly, his experience has helped Aaron pick up an excellent list of business skills.

In terms of formal education, Aaron earned his AS Degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin – Fox Valley. He also has a BS Degree in Strategic Management of Information Systems and Business from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee. He’s a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), and he has Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification.
His personal life philosophy is to “always have a beginner’s mindset.” “When you keep yourself open to a new concept, process, or solution, you may find it works better than the original,” he said. He went on to observe, “And even if it’s worse than the original, at least now you know more than you did!”
Away from work, Aaron loves the outdoors and he’s an avid mountain biker. Plus, he does volunteer trail maintenance and upkeep so more people have access for a better outdoor experience. Aaron previously worked as a professional bike mechanic, and he continues to service road and mountain bikes for people in his area.
