Ellen has unmatched skill as an Agile leader and coach. This skill appears in the performance of teams she coaches. The teams tend to think creatively, act differently, and deliver positive project outcomes. Ellen tailors her coaching style to her team members and does everything she can to support their professional growth.

Currently, she’s a Certified Scrum Professional Scrum Master (CSPSM), a Certified Scrum Professional Product Owner (CSPPO), a Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), and a Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II.) And she’s working toward two more certifications!

In terms of professional philosophy, Ellen’s believes in setting and achieving goals. And in true Agile spirit, she knows it’s okay to alter the path toward a goal based on new information.

Away from work, Ellen and her family pursue outdoor activities, at least during the warmer months. She’s not a big fan of the colder Wisconsin months. In addition, she’s an active volunteer. She fosters dogs and serves as a mentor to teen parents.
