Heather Kennedy

Heather has delivered business results for more than twenty years. She analyzes complex issues, identifies opportunities, and develops steps to reach the targeted results. Heather earned her BA degree in Liberal Arts from Hanover College in Hanover, Indiana. In addition, she has MA degrees in Executive Coaching and Organizational Psychology, both from William James College in Boston. She’s also a Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP.)

Heather helps make work a place people want to be. “We spend too much time at work for it to be a place that doesn’t enrich us or encourage us to be the best version of ourselves,” she said.

She leads an interesting life apart from work, too. In addition to being an avid traveler, Heather is the editor-in-chief of her family newsletter, The Beecher Family Bulletin. It’s so popular they’ve published the newsletter regularly for more than 20 years. “My family is vast, connected, and active with one another,” she notes.
