Kelly Metzger

Kelly’s role with FarWell involves a high degree of collaboration and facilitation. She understands the best way to deliver the results her clients want is to optimize her team’s performance. Kelly knows she’s part of something larger than herself so she approaches each day with excitement and gratitude.

Kelly has a military background and has served in a combat zone. This vivid experience taught her to make do with what was available. She knows no challenge is too difficult and strong teamwork is the path to success.

She acquired more traditional business skills when she worked in defense contracting. The skills include:

• Project development and project management
• Operations management
• Budget management and financial reporting
• Meeting deadlines and delivering promised outcomes
• And occasionally, being a sleight-of-hand magician!

Kelly has a BS degree in Geography and she has also earned her Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree. She received her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2019.

Away from work, Kelly’s most important activity is to spend time with her dogs. “I love all animals, but my dogs are my best friends. They come first,” she said. She also likes to kayak and, when time permits, to remodel her home.
