Teddy Froncek

Teddy is a special kind of project manager. He’s organized, efficient and he knows how to blend strategy and tactical execution to deliver results. The big difference he displays is the degree to which he can empathize with client needs and maintain a consistently cheerful and easy-going demeanor. Simply put, he’s fun to work with.

Teddy’s extensive experience has taught him the skills he displays today. He’s been a business analyst and senior financial analyst at several large organizations. At every step, he’s created useful analytics and skillfully managed multiple successful projects and initiatives.

He has earned his BS in Business Finance from Miami University. He’s also certified as a Professional Scrum Master (PSM 1.)

Teddy’s life philosophy is captured by this wonderful and well-known quote from the late basketball coach Jimmy Valvano: “Don’t give up. Don’t ever give up.”

When he’s not working on behalf of a FarWell client, Teddy likes to travel with his wife Kristen and daughter Camilla. And when travel’s not on the docket, he likes to play golf. And he’s always up to watch – and root for – his favorite teams.
