Mario Balistreri

Mario’s clients recognize his passion to deliver results. He stays calm and positive, even in stressful or difficult situations, and he takes initiative to make things better. Mario follows the principle of “seek first to understand.” He enjoys people and openly encourages feedback and transparent communication. This helps him get beyond the problem identification phase of a project and move quickly into finding useful solutions.

Mario earned his BS degree in Business Economics from Edgewood College in Madison, and he has an MBA degree from the University of Phoenix. He’s also a Certified Quality Improvement Analyst, a Six Sigma Green Belt, a PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner and he has a PHR certification through HRCI.

He sums up his personal philosophy as, “If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always gotten.” Mario observed that, “Looking at things differently has allowed me to become flexible and resilient. It’s given me an open mind and pushes me to know more is possible.”

Mario enjoys an active life away from work, too. He’s a runner and a soccer player when the weather accommodates it, and he likes to fish. Indoors, he spends as much time as he can with family and friends and he’s an avid reader.
