Tracy’s known for her ability to understand and assess a client’s current state. She takes the information and applies it to develop practical action plans. The outcome is improved future states and better organizational environments. Tracy’s good at building strong relationships with the leaders at her client organizations, even when there are challenging personalities. This helps build support her ultimate goal to deliver positive results.
Her professional training and business experience have given Tracy an excellent array of technical skills.
Tracy earned both her BS degree in Computer Science and an Associate degree in Electronics Engineering from Herzing College. She has certifications in Advanced Management, Technical Leadership and Project Management from the University of Wisconsin Executive Education Program. She also has her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and her Scrum Master certification.
Tracy’s personal philosophy is to leave everything in a better place. “I get my greatest satisfaction from work when I know I’ve helped others improve,” she said.
Her interests outside of work are simple, especially now: she says she tries to spend as much time as she can with her family.
