Tom brings an enviable array of skills to his client engagements. In particular, he’s an experienced trainer, coach, workshop facilitator, and change management lead. He applies learning and organizational development tools to deliver the desired results in major change initiatives. Tom is known for his focus on two of the most important change factors: clear communication and visible support from executive leaders.

His broad experience equips him with a lot of practical business skills too.
– Agile project discipline
– Gap analysis and needs assessment
– Change principles
– Curriculum design and workshop facilitation
– Talent management and executive coaching
– Design thinking
– Business process improvement

Tom earned his BA degree in Organizational Communication and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. He also has an MA degree in Organizational Communication from Marquette University. He’s a Prosci-Certified Change Practitioner (CCP) and he has Project Management Certification from the Project Experts Consortium.

His life philosophy includes wisdom we can all strive for. “Always be prepared to bring your best effort to every situation,” Tom said. “Assume positive intent, and see the best in the people you work with.”

Away from work, Tom and his wife Tracy have just about a textbook American household. They have two daughters, a son, a dog, and a cat. The family likes the outdoors, and they love to camp. And, not surprisingly, they enjoy time together whenever their lives align and make it possible.
