Tom is a certified leadership coach and change management practitioner. With that foundation, he guides his clients to follow a clear path through complex interactions between people, process, technology, strategy, and culture. He supports and advocates for his clients so they’re better able to think, act and communicate more successfully in dynamic environments.

His extensive professional experience has given Tom a strong array of practical business knowledge, tools, and skills.

Tom received his BS degree in Communications from Black Hills State University and earned his MS degree in Health Services Administration from the University of South Dakota. He’s also a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner, Certified Leadership Coach, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

He takes inspiration from this Mark Twain quote: “Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed about the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So, throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.”

Away from work, Tom pursues different artistic and creative projects. He also happily spoils his three young grandchildren. Tom adheres to this healthy living trifecta: nourish the body, mind, and spirit… which also includes an occasional glass of wine or scotch!
