Tiffany Andrews

Tiffany handles almost all of FarWell’s people-related activities and handles them remarkably well. In more formal terms, this means she’s responsible for benefits administration, state and federal compliance, Human Resource Information System (HRIS) management and implementation, and more.

In her own words, she describes what she does at FarWell this way: “I deliver seamless onboarding and general HR support to enhance the internal employee experience.” She went on to say, “It’s exciting be part of FarWell during this fast-growth period and to help scale this awesome company culture!”

Tiffany’s good at what she does primarily because she refuses to accept the status quo without a good reason why. She knows there are always things that can’t change, but if there’s an available avenue to make things better, Tiffany will explore it.

She earned her BA degree in Mathematics from Blackburn College in Carlinville, Illinois. Tiffany’s also a member of the national Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Greater Madison Area Society of Human Resource Management (GMASHRM.)

Tiffany says, “If you have to make a choice, choose to be happy.” She went on, “Life is too short to be anything but happy. It’s a choice we can make in almost any situation.”

Outside of work, Tiffany has a small photography business with her husband. They shoot primarily family photos and weddings. She’s also a big Cubs fan, and she’s set a personal goal to visit all the professional baseball parks. Finally, she admits to being a math nerd. She bakes math-themed pies to celebrate Pi Day (3/14) every year.
