Terri earned her MA in Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She’s also a Certified Change Practitioner, a SAFe 4.0 Program Consultant (SPC), and a Certified Facilitator/Coach/Trainer (FCT).
Her business philosophy is “human first.” Whether technology disruption, agile transformation, merger & acquisition, humans are the actors at the core. Focusing there means the difference between a completed implementation and an organization that thrives. Terri says, “more than just lead a project, I want to enroll people in a movement that unleashes their passions and untapped potential to drive an ongoing flywheel of success.”
Away from work, Terri’s active in her church, leading worship and mentoring teens. She also likes to camp, kayak and gather with friends around enjoy big bonfires in the warm weather months, and says, “I don’t even mind winter if I can experience it in tiny snippets.”
