With over 38 years of diverse experience across business operations, IT technical roles, and project management, Susan Riley brings a unique perspective to every challenge she encounters. This multifaceted journey has given her a deep appreciation for cross-functional collaboration and an understanding of the distinct challenges faced by different teams within an organization. It has also made Susan an excellent listener, and she recognizes that each voice contributes valuable insights.

As a project manager, she loves when complex implementations succeed seamlessly. Being a part of a team that goes through a meticulous planning period, that leads to a flawless execution fills her with immense pride. When her team can experience that sense of accomplishment, she is honored to be a part of the leading the effort.

Susan’s adaptability and flexibility in navigating through new challenges makes her an invaluable part of any team. She combines this with a genuine concern for her colleague’s well-being, and stives to make lives easier while fostering a collaborative environment. Outside of work, Susan enjoys spending time in Puerto Rico whenever she can. She loves the laid-back atmosphere, vibrant culture, pristine beaches, and would love to retire there someday. While there, she enjoys snorkeling trips, listening to live music, laying on the beach, and sampling all the new cuisines and restaurants. She also loves spending time with her three adult children, and her five beautiful grandchildren.
