Steven Litscher

Steve is an experienced program manager, project manager and change management lead. He’s delivered results through major IT and infrastructure projects for more than 20 years. He applies his analytic skills to dissect complex problems, find creative opportunities, and motivate his team to achieve better results than they imagined. Steve communicates clearly and openly so everyone on the team knows what’s happening and what they can expect. He also keeps stakeholders in the loop, so they’re supportive of his efforts.

Away from work, he leads a very full life.
