Steve’s guiding personal philosophy is to show respect to everyone. “I believe I should treat everyone as if they were my best customer, whether it’s the CEO or a janitor,” he said.

When he’s not at work, he and his wife like to travel. They’re also huge Milwaukee Brewer fans, and he says they like to hike. Apparently, some of these hikes involve a search for seriously errant golf shots. Steve’s also an enthusiastic church-league dartball player, at least when the Packers aren’t playing.
