If you ask Phil what he does for FarWell clients, his short answer will be to help them succeed through change events and key strategic initiatives. Sounds simple, right?

Not really. His experience in financial services, telecommunications, and manufacturing has included:

In other words, Phil combines business and technology strategy with operational execution. This drives process efficiency, promotes revenue generation, reduces expenses, and improves the customer experience.

He also has outstanding ability to communicate clear goals, set team expectations, and align individuals toward achieving desired business outcomes.

He earned his BBA degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He’s also a certified Change Management Professional (CMP.)

Phil notes that it sounds cliché, but if you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life. “I choose to be positive and deliver to the best of my capabilities, while I stay humble and always pursue learning and growth,” he said. “If I do this consistently, I’m confident the rest will work itself out.”

Away from work, Phil likes to spend time with his wife, children and extended family. He and his wife also enjoy international travel. Their next travel target is Rome.
