Pam Welti

Pam brings a wealth of experience and skill to her clients. She’s a senior communication and change management strategist with a strong business and financial background. Pam earned her BS degree in Accounting from the UW-LaCrosse, and she is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA.) She’s a Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) and she is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (CCP.)

Her business philosophy is built upon listening to understand. “By listening and seeking to understand, I can bring value, be valued, and continue to learn and be challenged,” Pam said. “It’s a win-win for my team and for me.”

In her free time, Pam enjoys being with her family and playing with their dog. Otherwise, she says she loves to run, walk, golf, go out on their boat, snowmobile, travel, play games and watch sunsets from the comfort of her hammock.
