Pam knows that well-managed change efforts coupled with consistent communication to impacted employees is the direct path to project success and business value.
She boasts a solid roster of practical change management skills and strategic communication strengths.
Pam earned her BS degree in Accounting from the UW-LaCrosse, and she is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA.) She’s a Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) and she is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (CCP.)
Her business philosophy is built upon listening to understand. “By listening and seeking to understand, I can bring value, be valued, and continue to learn and be challenged,” Pam said. “It’s a win-win for my team and for me.”
In her free time, Pam enjoys being with her family and playing with their dog. Otherwise, she says she loves to run, walk, golf, go out on their boat, snowmobile, travel, play games and watch sunsets from the comfort of her hammock.
