Natalie leads customer- and employee-focused, business and process optimizations for FarWell clients. She uses her strong collaboration skills to build trust. Then, her vision and communication abilities allow her to distill complex challenges into manageable pieces. The result is successful and sustainable organization-wide process improvements.
Natalie also serves as a Service Delivery Manger. In this role, she coaches and empowers FarWell team members to thrive personally and professionally. Natalie believes in a people-first philosophy because people are the core foundation asset for successful companies. In every project, she treats everyone with respect and works to put them in a position to succeed.
Natalie earned her MBA from Purdue University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville. She’s also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
On her personal time, Natalie enjoys the country views from the hobby farm she shares with her husband, two children, their cats and a few chickens. Away from the farm, Natalie recently pushed herself to complete a Half Ironman triathlon. The preparation was a challenge thanks to her dislike of swimming but with determination, focus and a little encouragement from her athletic father, she realized her goal.
