Natalie has her BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville. She earned her MBA from Purdue University. She’s also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Natalie believes in a people-first philosophy. She says, “People are the core foundation asset for successful companies.” This plays out in every project. She treats everyone with respect and works to put them in a position to succeed.
On her personal time, Natalie enjoys the country views from the hobby farm she shares with her husband, two children, their cats, and a few chickens. Away from the farm, Natalie recently pushed herself to complete a Half Ironman triathlon. The preparation was a challenge thanks to her dislike of swimming. But, with determination, focus and a little encouragement from her athletic father, she realized her goal.
