Mike is FarWell’s Employee Experience & Operations Officer. In this role, he’s responsible for our Employee Experience, Candidate Experience, Human Resources, IT, Finance, and Operations.
It’s a good fit. He has more than 15 years’ experience in a variety of talent acquisition and management strategy roles. His experience gives him deep business knowledge and powerful problem-solving skills. He applies his experience, skills, and talents to help resolve a wide variety of employee experience and operational business challenges.
Mike builds professional relationships based on mutual trust and clear communication. He’s a natural connector who loves to find new ways to network and meet people. He’s one of the organizers of Milwaukee Change Navigators, a group of like-minded professionals who meet to discuss business challenges and organizational change management solutions.
Mike earned his BA degree in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He’s also a certified Professional Scrum Master.

In his personal time, Mike’s an active thespian. He’s been a member of the same theater group for more than 20 years. He also enjoys tennis and, when possible, he likes to travel with his family.
