Mary Pellicano

Mary has the rare ability to focus her passion for people on her project management work. The outcome is strong stakeholder engagement, top team performance and relentless focus on the desired outcomes. She thrives in fast-paced and fluid environments, always pursues success and always builds trust with team members.

Mary brings creative ideas to strategy sessions, and she can also be highly tactical. This allows her to decipher what’s next in order to execute the business strategy. She’s proud of her ability to deliver long, successful projects. It’s hard work, but it’s incredibly rewarding.

She earned her BS degree in Marketing from Concordia University in Mequon, Wisconsin. Mary also has an MBA from the same school.

Mary’s life philosophy revolves around the importance of human connections. She points out that every business function, strategic initiative, or organizational transformation is driven by people and personal relationships. “It’s hard to overemphasize the importance of human connection,” she said. “When you cultivate this area of your life, amazing things grow!”

When she’s not at work, Mary’s a new – and happy – homeowner. She and her husband bought their first home in 2020, and they’re wading through all the projects that come with owning a house. She also enjoys all the seasonal outdoor fun Wisconsin offers.
