Liubov is a Prosci-certified change management professional. She creates and implements change management strategies and plans to drive faster adoption, utilization and proficiency with the changes that impact employees and stakeholders. She’s adept with the applications, tools and techniques necessary to skillfully guide project teams to achieve expected benefits.
She understands the big picture and can translate the knowledge into realistic action steps. And because she’s attracted to challenging projects, Liubov has picked up an enviable set of business skills to help her deliver results.
Her personal philosophy is summed up by this Dan Zadra quote: “Worry is a misuse of the imagination.” “So many people spend their lives worrying,” Liubov said. “I choose to identify solutions and take action instead. Action is progress. And often, the best way to learn is by taking action.”
Liubov has lived in the United States for 15 years and became a citizen in 2013. She’s traveled extensively and lived in many different places. Her experience with multiple cultures and environments gives her a well-rounded world view. She still loves to travel and looks forward to satisfying her wanderlust again soon. Otherwise, when Liubov’s not at work, she’s an avid gardener and active bicyclist.
