Konrad earned his BBA in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He also has more than a half-dozen professional certifications including Professional Scrum Developer (PSD), Professional Product Owner (PSPO I), and Professional Scrum Master (PSM II).
His life philosophy revolves around personal responsibility and making your own choices. “Don’t blame or criticize others, look within,” he said. “Don’t complain, look ahead. Don’t get discouraged, try again. Don’t compare yourself to others, compare yourself to who you were yesterday. Embrace the present and learn.”
Outside of work, Konrad sorts his preferred activities into three buckets. His “high octane” bucket includes flying, racing and skydiving. The “Zen” bucket includes gardening, woodworking, and connecting with nature. His “creative” bucket includes 3D modeling, 3D printing, and tinkering with electronics. No matter what his current state of mind is, he has lots of great choices for leisure activity.
