Katherine is a highly skilled project management professional. She acquired her knowledge over more than 20 years of experience with several manufacturing firms. You can depend on Katherine to scope the project correctly, build the right team, move the project forward crisply and deliver the desired outcomes on time.
She has many valuable skills to share with her clients. She speaks English and French, and understands Waterfall, Agile and Scrum project management principles. And, her clients can expect multiple other direct business benefits from her expertise.
Katherine has earned a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from the UW-Madison. She’s also a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and she’s completed courses 1-8 for her Configuration Management Professional (CM2-A) certification.
Her personal philosophy is to always leave things better than you found them, and to choose to be happy. She also points out, “You’re never too old (or too young) to try something new and exciting!”
Katherine has a unique pastime away from work. She and her husband both work as professionals during the day and are working professional musicians in their off hours. “We’ve played to crowds as small a few people and as large as 5,000 people or more at one of the large stages at Milwaukee’s Summerfest,” she said.
