Karen earned her BA degree in Communication from the UW–Parkside and her MBA from Cardinal Stritch University. She is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), ITIL certified and a Six Sigma Green Belt. She has a Mid-Management Certificate and a Technical Leadership Certificate from UW Executive Education.

Her philosophy revolves around servant leadership. “My personal and professional perspective is about purpose and giving back,” she says. “As a consultant, my main goal is to serve the client and their teams, so they can perform as highly as possible and grow professionally.”

When outside of work, Karen is usually off on an adventure. She has an Up North Wisconsin cabin where you can find her biking or boating. She is fond of vintage homes, up styling antiques, designing gardens and riding in her classic Jeepster. Karen is also an accomplished chef and avid reader.
