Joe is an experienced, highly respected project manager, with primary focus on the IT space. His broad experience has given him the skill to develop and lead high-performing project teams. The teams have been single site, multi-site, domestic, off shore, virtual, and in person. And sometimes they’ve been a combination of all the above! Regardless of team structure, he knows how to turn high-level strategy into realistic, executable project plans. Joe also knows the value of honest and open communication and productive feedback.

Joe earned his BBA degree in Finance, and he has an MBA in Finance and Decision Support Systems, both from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. He’s also a Project Management Professional (PMP,) a Certified Scrum Master (CSM,) and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
His personal philosophy for life and business is to treat people right and get to know them personally. “It makes work more fun, and everyone wants the team to succeed,” Joe said. “This philosophy works especially well on cross-functional multi-location teams. It gives everyone a sense of shared ownership for the project outcomes.”
Joe’s time outside of work is focused 100% on family. And in addition to all the normal family activities, Joe also loves to coach youth hockey when time permits.
