Jess also brings strong technical skills to the benefit of her clients. She’s an experienced project leader and change management lead. She establishes systematic approaches to build employee engagement and deliver positive employee experiences in potentially stressful change events. She fosters organizational growth by seamless integration of process, technology, culture, business strategy and clear communication.
Jess has earned her BS degree in Public Communications from Cardinal Stritch University. She also has an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Waukesha County Technical College. She is a member of the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS.)
Her professional philosophy is that “great brands are built from the inside out on well-live missions, visions and values.” Jess is passionate about this and works to show her clients the direct positive correlation between good employee experiences and good customer experiences.
Away from work, Jess and her husband John spend time cheering the swimming and soccer exploits of their two teenage daughters. She also likes to cook, especially when she can use some of her homegrown vegetables.
