Jason Potter

Jason is FarWell’s co-founder and CEO. He embodies servant leadership and personifies the firm’s core values of humility, collaboration, and accountability. His focus is the longer-term growth of the company. This work involves analyzing potential entry into new markets, expansion of our solution offerings to meet emerging needs, and paying attention to the overall financial health of the company.

He got valuable business experience when he led large-scale projects and programs for organizations ranging in size from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. This expertise enables Jason to act strategically, see through the clutter to visualize larger implications, and translate knowledge into actionable business plans.

On the relationship front, Jason treats others how he wants to be treated. He listens critically, communicates clearly, and acts in the best interests of his clients and his team. He encourages all FarWell team members to use their unique strengths and abilities in order to thrive in their work.

Jason earned his BA degree in Mathematics from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota. He’s also certified in Scaled Agile, and he has his CSM (Certified Scrum Master) designation.

When he isn’t leading the FarWell team, Jason and his wife Heather enjoy the time they spend with their two teenage daughters. He also likes to watch team sports, where he cheers for the Minnesota Vikings and Chicago Cubs.
