She also has MA degrees in Executive Coaching and Organizational Psychology, both from William James College in Boston. She’s is recognized as a Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP.)
Her professional purpose is to make work a place people want to be. “We spend too much time at work for it to be a place that doesn’t enrich us, feed our souls, and encourage us to be the best version of ourselves,” Heather said.
She leads an interesting life apart from work, too. In addition to being an avid traveler, Heather serves as editor of her family newsletter, The Beecher Family Bulletin. It’s been published regularly for more than 20 years, which is a rarity these days. “My extended family is vast, connected, and active with one another,” she notes.
