Emily is a self-starter. She’s a goal-oriented project manager who loves to tackle complex problems head on. She works to fully understand organizational issues in order to develop innovative, targeted solutions. She can motivate project teams with a combination of clear communication, empathy, and a collaborative approach to problem solving.
Emily’s business experience has enabled her to acquire a broad set of practical skills.
She earned her BA degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Emily says her personal life philosophy is to over prepare and go with the flow. “Even when you’re well prepared, things rarely go 100% according to plan,” she said. “This mindset has made me successful to date, and easy to work with.”
Away from work, Emily’s an enthusiastic novice ultimate frisbee player. Her current team is the fearsomely named “Ghost Squirrels.” Otherwise, she’s an adventurous cook, and she’s eagerly preparing to move into her first house over Labor Day weekend 2021.
