Ella is an asset to any team in a project management and communication support role. She’s steady, focused, and flexible in the face of fluid priorities and shifting deadlines. She can handle complex projects and makes certain all aspects and facets of the program are considered.
Her organizational experience has equipped her well in terms of business tools and skills.
Ella has two degrees, both from the University of Wisconsin- Madison. The first BA is in the Biological Aspects of Conservation. The second BA is in Political Science.
Her personal life philosophy is to treat others the way you want to be treated and don’t ask others to do things you’re unwilling to do yourself. “Society’s expectations are often a bit too high. It’s easy to lose the human element and become transactionally focused,” she said. “We often complain rather than empathize. I assume everyone has good intentions and try not to get upset by small things we don’t control.”
When she’s away from work, Ella loves to be active. She tries to reach 10,000 steps each day and has recently become an enthusiastic member of the Peloton community. In the summer, she plays soccer, softball, and disc golf, and says she likes to grab a craft brew with teammates after the games. In cooler months, she likes to watch sports with her fiancé, although they don’t always cheer for the same team. One is a Packer fan, and one is a Bears fan. It’s friendly competition though. Most of the time.
