Dawn earned her BS degree in Animal Science at Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois. She’s also certified in Lean Process Improvement and has her Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.

In terms of her life philosophy, she agrees with this famous Maya Angelou quote: “People will forget what you said and forget what you did, but they will never forget how you made them feel.” “You can never go wrong or be unsuccessful if you lead with this thought in mind,” said Dawn.

Away from work, Dawn likes to do just about everything she can while outdoors. It could be fun on the water, a round of golf, exploring a new bike trail, or a simple hike. Or it could be gardening, yard work, or a D-I-Y fix-it task. In her words, “If it gets me outside in the fresh air and sunshine, I’m game!”
