He’s a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner (CCMP) and he has five other related professional certifications.
His personal life philosophy is “time ticks one second at a time.” “Everyone gets the same amount of time to use as they see fit,” David said, “Instead of saying ‘I don’t have time for that,’ try saying ‘it’s not a priority right now.’ It can change your whole perspective, which can be handy now when so many of our traditional lines between work, home, and family are blurry.”
David leads an active life when he’s away from work. He coaches a youth soccer team and was a founding member of the local football club. When he’s not coaching, he spends time with his family, plays golf and tennis, and helps members of the local Boys & Girls club develop their leadership skills.
