Carol is an experienced change management, organizational development, and human resources professional. Her project team members quickly learn she will support them and do what it takes to make them successful and have the initiative succeed. She understands that successful change initiatives require coordination, alignment, and collaboration by people at all levels of the organization.

Carol received her BS degree in Management from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee. She has a Human Resources Certificate from the same institution. Carol’s also a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner (CCMP) and she’s earned her Everything DiSC Workplace Certification from Everything DiSC.

Her personal life philosophy is simple. “Always treat people the way I want to be treated,” said Carol. “It’s a privilege to work with people who aren’t like me. I get to learn about them, and they have the opportunity to learn about me.”

In her time away from work, Carol enjoys social activity with family and friends. She also likes to attend movies, listen to live music, laugh at comedy clubs, and cheer for her favorite teams at sporting events.
