Bruce is known as a good team player. Team leaders he’s worked with have found him to be a communication expert and a critical element of project success. Bruce provides timely and accurate deliverables, manages project issues, and communicates clearly with all members of the project team. Bruce’s experience, communication skills, friendly demeanor, professionalism, and resilience dare exceptional strengths that make him stand out above the rest.
His role within FarWell is to develop strategic communication plans for clients and write clear, easy-to-read content elements. Consistent strong communication is a key factor in organizational change initiatives. He knows the importance of sharing regular clear, actionable messages about the change with impacted employees. The outcome is employees who understand the change, know their part, know what they must do by when, and know how to do it.
Bruce earned his BA degree in History from the UW-Madison and has an MS degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Business.
His life philosophy is simple: assume good intentions. In business and in his personal life, he’s learned that it’s almost always the right thing to do. When we treat people as if they have good intentions, the view is nearly always validated.
Outside of work, Bruce is a lifelong Wisconsin resident, so naturally he’s a fan of UW athletics, the Brewers, the Bucks and the Packers. Apart from that, his personal life is rich and varied. He describes himself as a “dad, husband, marketer, writer, singer, guitar geek, better-than-average cook, small-caliber philosopher and bourbonista.”
