Bob has a broad and deep background in organizational process improvement. His experience includes knowing and applying the principals of Lean, Six Sigma, Baldrige and ISO. Bob’s good at what he does because he’s able to deploy a collaborative cross-functional approach to his change leadership work. He engages leaders and team members to define problems, analyze information, synthesize solutions and deliver results.
Bob’s array of traditional and operational business skills is pretty impressive too. With management stints at several large consumer organizations, he developed lots of expertise.
Bob has a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University in Boston and earned his MBA from the UW-Madison Graduate School of Business. He’s also a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Bob enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He says his words to live by are “Work hard, play hard.” This motto plays out clearly when you see the kinds of things Bob likes to do when he’s away from work. He makes time to downhill ski, race sailboats, fly fish, and ride his bike. Wow.
